"I make music because I can't not make music. I've tried to quit many times, but I've concluded it is the only way my inner demons know how to come out. If I weren't doing this, I'd be sitting on a therapist's couch somewhere.

Friday Commute was originally born out of a string of deaths among my closest loved ones. It came from a very dark place, but the process of writing and creating something from nothing helped bring me back to light. As the project now takes on a life of its own, it continues to reflect the daily struggle to find meaning in this life amidst the business of tending to its many demands. It is my hope that you will find meaning in it too."
